Structure and composition

Hydraulic Swing beam shearing machine: The swing beam shears are generally composed of a frame, a pressing mechanism, a blade gap adjustment device, a knife rest, and a hydraulic system.

Hydraulic guillotine shearing machine: The guillotine shearing machine adopts the frame structure and adopts all-steel welding; four corners and octagonal right-angle guide rails, high precision, good rigidity, and hydraulic preloading. Working principle:

Hydraulic Swing Beam Shears:

The calculation of the shear force of the pendulum shears generally adopts the calculation formula of the shear force of the oblique blade shears with the tool holder as a linear motion. For pendulum shears, in order to ensure that the shearing gap and the shearing angle are constant during the shearing process, it is necessary to process the blade mounting surface on the tool post into a spatial spiral surface. In the design process, most of the calculation of the shear force of the swing-type shearing machine is carried out using the shearing force calculation formula of the shearing machine with the tool holder moving in a straight line. Its use function. Pendulum shears are being gradually eliminated by the market.

Hydraulic guillotine shearing machine:

When the upper cavity of the left cylinder of the machine enters the oil, the piston descends, and at the same time the oil from the lower cavity enters the upper cavity of the right cylinder to lower the piston, thus ensuring the parallel movement of the tool post. When the amount of oil in the series oil circuit increases or decreases, the shear angle of the tool post changes accordingly. When cutting two copper plates, the four corners of the shear are reduced, which can not only ensure that the plate is not twisted, but also shorten the stroke of the tool post and increase the number of strokes per minute. This kind of structure often uses nitrogen accumulator to push-one or two return cylinders to shorten the inter-travel time, thereby improving the productivity of the machine.

Electric shearing machine:

Mechanical shearing machine: The flywheel shaft is driven by the electric belt and then the eccentric shaft is driven by the clutch and gear reduction system, and then the upper tool post is driven by the connecting rod to make it reciprocate up and down to perform cutting work. The cam at the left end of the eccentric drives the plunger of the pressing oil tank to return the pressure to the pressing foot and press the sheet before cutting. When returning, the presser foot is returned by spring force.


Hydraulic Swing Beam Shears:

  1. Jingde CNC equipment believes that it is not allowed to cut laminated sheets, trim the edges of unedged sheets, or cut narrow sheets and short sheets that are not tightly compressed.
  2. The gap between the blades should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but it should not be greater than 1/30 of the plate thickness. The knife plate should be fastened firmly, the upper and lower knife plates should be kept parallel, and manual turning inspection should be used after adjustment to avoid accidents.
  3. The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp, if the cutting edge becomes dull or cracked, it should be replaced in time.
  4. When cutting, the pressing device should firmly press the sheet, and it is not allowed to cut under the state of not being tight.
  5. For equipment with hydraulic devices, other hydraulic valves except throttle valves are not allowed to be adjusted privately. For hydraulic pendulum shears, the thickness of the sheared sheet should be determined according to the “Relationship Curve Diagram of Ultimate Strength and Thickness of Sheets”.

Hydraulic guillotine shearing machine:

  1. Start the shearing machine for a few cycles of idling to ensure that under normal conditions, test cuts of different thicknesses, from thin to thick. Ensure that the user is familiar with the shear performance.
  2. Different blade gaps must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses during trial cutting. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, the blade durability will be affected.
  3. Open the pressure gauge switch during the shearing process and observe the oil pressure value. The pressure should be less than 20MPa when cutting a 12mm board. This remote pressure regulating valve No9, the pressure is set to 20-22MPa when leaving the factory, the user must abide by this regulation, and must not increase the pressure for cutting over the specified material surface and cause damage to the machine.
  4. Sound balance during operation. If the shearing machine has noise, stop and check.
  5. When the shearing machine is operating, the temperature of the fuel tank rises below 60 degrees and shuts down and rests.

Electric shearing machine:

  1. It is forbidden to use the shearing machine with overload, and not to cut quenched steel, high carbon steel, alloy tool steel, cast iron and brittle materials.
  2. Check the equipment according to the instructions and prepare for driving. The motor is not allowed to start with load, and the clutch should be disconnected before driving.
  3. Before driving, turn the belt pulley by hand several times, observe whether the blade movement is obstructed, and then drive the empty car to check that it is normal to start cutting. It is forbidden to start suddenly.
  4. Frequently check whether the tie rod is out of order and the screws are loose.
  5. Strictly pay attention to the safety of your fingers when feeding materials. Do not put your fingers under the sheet to feed the material or feed your fingers into the cutting edge. It is strictly forbidden for multiple people to operate a machine at the same time. It must be strictly for one person and one machine. .
  6. The blade must be sharp. The blade must be close when cutting thin plates. The upper and lower blades must be parallel. The gap between the blades must not be greater than one-third of the sheet.
  7. The machine must be stopped before adjusting or cleaning.
  8. After setting the knife, you need to do the hand-trigger experiment and empty-car inspection.
  9. No other items are allowed on the workbench.
