2. The water tank should be clean

Maintenance method: replace the circulating water and clean the water tank regularly.
3. Clean the lens every day

There are mirrors and lenses on the machine. The laser is reflected by these lenses, directly focused or focused, and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to produce dust and other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage.
Maintenance method: check the mirror every two months, and check the protective mirror or focusing mirror before going to work every day. If it does, remove it with a ball. If it can’t be removed, gently wipe it in the same direction with cleaning product and absolute alcohol. If damaged, replace immediately.
4. Screw and coupling need to be fixed
Maintenance period: once a month
After working for a period of time, the screw and coupling of the active joint are easy to loosen, which affects the stability of mechanical movement. Therefore, it is necessary to observe whether there is abnormal noise or phenomenon in the operation of the machine, and contact the manufacturer for adjustment and maintenance in time.

5. Clean the guide rail

As one of the core components of the equipment, guide rail and frame are used to guide or support the equipment. The dust and smoke deposited on the surface of guide rail and frame for a long time affect the processing accuracy of imaging equipment.
Maintenance method: firstly, wipe the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with non-woven cloth, and then wipe the lubricating oil on the guide rail and frame for maintenance.
