On June 10,Krrass welcomed an important visit from clients from Indonesia. As a long-term agent partner of Krrass, these Indonesian clients have been committed to promoting cooperation between the two sides, often leading local clients to China for on-site visits and inspections of Krrass' factory. This visit continues this positive cooperative tradition. To take their customers to check out the press brake and fiber laser cutting machines.

The Indonesian clients had two main objectives for their visit. The first was to inspect and accept two ordered Fiber Laser Cutting Machines of the Size RAS-3015-Smart MAX 3000W. This series of fiber laser cutting machines adopts advanced technology, replacing traditional mechanical blades with invisible light beams, and possesses numerous significant advantages: high precision for accurate cutting; fast cutting speed to greatly improve production efficiency; no restrictions on cutting patterns to meet diverse processing needs; an automatic nesting function to save materials and reduce costs; smooth cut edges requiring minimal post-processing; and low processing costs, ensuring good economic efficiency. These advantages have enabled it to gradually replace or upgrade traditional metal cutting equipment.

During the tour,Krrass' engineers provided a live demonstration of the cutting process. The demonstration showed that the mechanical part of the laser head had no contact with the workpiece, preventing surface scratches and ensuring the workpiece's surface quality. The laser cutting was fast, with smooth and flat cut edges, demonstrating high-efficiency processing capabilities. Additionally, the thermal influence zone was small, causing minimal plate deformation. The slit width was only 0.1mm~0.3mm, with no mechanical stress or shearing burrs at the cut edge, fully reflecting the equipment's high-precision processing standards.

The agent clients spoke highly of Krrass' fiber laser cutting machines, praising their high processing precision, good repeatability, and non-damage to material surfaces. More importantly, numerical control (NC) programming allows processing of any pattern, enabling large-format cutting of entire plates without mold opening, which is economical and time-saving. As a result, local Indonesian clients have a very high recognition of this product, further confirming the good reputation and competitiveness of Krrass' products in the local market.

The second purpose of the visit was to order an MB8 series electro-hydraulic CNC Press Brake with DELEM DA69T 4+1 axis. At the site,Krrass demonstrated the differences between the DELEM DA66S and DA69T Controller in detail. The Controller of DELEM DA66S  is more suitable for medium-complexity bending operations with high cost-effectiveness, while the Controller of DELEM DA69T  excels in 3D simulation and advanced functions, making it ideal for users with extremely high precision and efficiency requirements.

Both the Controller of  DELEM DA66S and DA69T are high-end CNC systems for Press Brake, but they differ in functions, operation interfaces, application scenarios, etc. The detailed comparison is as follows:

1.Press Brake Controller Functional Features

  • DELEM DA66S
  • Provides 2D graphic programming and 3D graphic simulation functions, which can display the bending process and 3D views of molds in real time to help operators better understand bending operations.
  • Automatically calculates bending procedures and collision detection, optimizes bending sequences, and reduces manual intervention.
  • Supports DXF file import for convenient direct transmission of product data from design software.
  • DELEM DA69T
  • Offers 2D and 3D graphic programming, supporting more complex 3D model operations.
  • Has functions of automatic bending procedure calculation and collision detection, enabling more precise simulation of the bending process.
  • Supports real-time display of 3D omnidirectional and multi-station molds, providing more realistic product and machine operation feedback.

2. Press Brake Operation Interfaces

  • DELEM DA66S
  • Equipped with a 24-inch high-resolution color TFT touchscreen, the interface is intuitive and supports direct navigation.
  • Provides an optimized ergonomic design, allowing operators to control during machine cycle operation.
  • DELEM DA69T
  • Adopts a 17-inch high-resolution color TFT touchscreen with infrared touch operation.
  • Offers a more intuitive 3D visualization interface, enabling operators to switch quickly between programming and production.

3. Press Brake Application Scenarios

  • DELEM DA66S
  • Suitable for medium-complexity bending operations, meeting most conventional bending needs.
  • Ideal for users requiring efficient programming and fast production.
  • DELEM DA69S
  • Suitable for highly complex and precise bending operations, especially in scenarios requiring 3D simulation and advanced collision detection.
  • More suitable for users with extremely high requirements for bending accuracy and production efficiency.

After in-depth understanding and comparison, the clients believed that the  Controller of DELEM DA69T was more advanced and offered a better user experience, fully meeting their procurement needs. This choice not only reflects the clients' trust in Krrass' products but also demonstrates Krrass' ability to provide appropriate solutions and high-quality equipment based on clients' diverse needs.

This visit from Indonesian clients not only completed equipment acceptance and new order negotiations but also deepened the cooperative relationship between Krrass, the agent, and local Indonesian clients.Krrass' advanced equipment and professional services have been fully recognized by the clients, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation in the future. It is believed that Krrass will continue to meet clients' evolving needs with high-quality products and services, working hand in hand with partners to achieve greater success.
