Introducing DA-66S
La commande DA-66S allie des fonctionnalités de base robustes pour presse plieuse aux dernières innovations pour une productivité accrue. Outre une précision optimale et une grande facilité d'utilisation, elle rend les presses plieuses modernes plus polyvalentes que jamais. L'intégration des machines dans la chaîne de production est au cœur de cette approche.
L'interface de commande, basée sur une technologie tactile industrielle de pointe, donne accès à l'interface utilisateur Delem, entièrement repensée et éprouvée, et permet une navigation directe entre la programmation et la production. Les fonctions sont idéalement placées à portée de main, offrant une ergonomie optimale pour l'ensemble de l'application.
State-of-art function complete
La DA-66S propose une programmation 2D incluant le calcul automatique de la séquence de pliage et la détection des collisions. Configuration machine 3D complète avec plusieurs stations d'outillage, offrant un retour d'information précis sur la faisabilité et la manipulation du produit.
Des algorithmes de contrôle très performants optimisent le cycle machine et minimisent le temps de réglage. La configuration requise pour l'application peut être facilement adaptée grâce à la conception modulaire et à la fonctionnalité d'évolutivité.
Le système d'exploitation Linux temps réel éprouvé assure une intégration optimale avec l'application et constitue une base solide pour une fiabilité maximale. Un redémarrage sans accroc est garanti, même après un arrêt brutal.
Le panneau OEM situé au-dessus de l'écran, réservé aux fonctions de la machine et aux commutateurs d'application OEM, est intégré à la conception et peut être utilisé en fonction de l'application requise.
